Eye and Dental Camp

Chettinad Vidya Mandir recently organized a holistic Eye and Dental Camp in collaboration with Sathish Eye Hospital and Niha’s Dental Care, extending vital healthcare services to all students across grades. The camp aimed to raise awareness and provide preventive healthcare support within the school community.
During the dental check-up, learners benefited from thorough consultations and were educated on maintaining oral hygiene and preventing common dental problems. Preventive measures were also shared to instill good dental habits from an early age.

In the eye care segment, students interacted with professional ophthalmologists who conducted initial screenings and provided necessary referrals for further care when required.
The initiative wasn’t limited to students alone – drivers, support staff (Sisters), and Acharyas also availed the opportunity to undergo eye and dental evaluations, reinforcing the school’s commitment to the well-being of its entire community.

The camp was a resounding success, promoting health awareness and proactive care among learners and staff alike.
