Sports contributes to the physical, social and intellectual development of children. Physical Education is an integral part of the school programme at CVM. It gives students the opportunity to become strong physically and imbibe values of discipline, persistence, patience, teamwork and cooperation, and stress-management skills. Through our physical education program, we aim to create a culture of fitness in our children and help them to make the right health choices to become fit for life.

Students can explore a wide variety of sports and physical activity like football, throw-ball, volleyball, basketball, handball, badminton, tennis, table tennis, cricket, yoga and athletics and kho-kho.

Swimming

The swimming pool at CVM is fitted with filtration system that keeps the water clean and hygienic. The chlorine levels, PH, alkalinity being checked periodically Grades 1 to 9 have swimming as a compulsory activity. Safety and security in the pool is our utmost priority. The children are accompanied by the swimming coaches all the time. Boys and girls have separate changing rooms and toilets and swimming classes.
