Generation Global’s video conference program

Our Grade 9 and 11 learners participated in Generation Global’s video conference program, focusing on the pressing topic of climate change and its far-reaching effects. During the engaging session, students from diverse backgrounds from Theni,Tamilnadu, Mumbai, and Indonesia shared their perspectives on how climate change impacts them globally, personally, and within their families. This exchange fostered a rich discussion, encouraging young people to pose thought-provoking questions and explore global issues from multiple viewpoints. By participating in this program, our learners developed essential skills in critical thinking and communication while cultivating cross-cultural understanding. This experience embodies the spirit of global citizenship, empowering our students to become active, informed, and empathetic contributors to the global community.
